Did I eat to much unhealthy food today/too much in general?

im 5 foot 3 and 111 pounds and I only did an hour of rock climbing for exersise today, might do some abs later. im 16
breakfast: a small bagle with some cream cheese, a whipped yoplait yogurt.
lunch: a peanut butter jelly sandwhich: a bread thin, a tbs of rasberry jelly and 2 tbs of pb. a small packet of raisens. some carots and 3/4 cup peas a fruit ro
snack: a small salad with 2 tbs of dressing. an apple
then I was stuck in a car jam and had 100 calories worth of mints hehe
dinner: half a cup of pasta with some motzerela cheese and some steamed veggies. a salad with 2 tbs of balsamic viniger dressing
I know I eat a lot haha. Normally I swim 4 days a week and rockclimb for 1 or two. this week im only swimming 3 and rockclimbing 2

Well, your diet looks pretty healthy on the whole, and certainly you didn't each too much. Plus you get a decent amount of exercise, so that's good too.

And looking at your weight, and height to weight ratio, those are both very good too. You are under the average weight for your age, and with your height being under average by about the same amount, then your weight to height ratio is very normal indeed. So you are looking in very good shape too.

My only concern about your question is the fact that you are worrying about your diet. I am sure you are aware of the problems of eating disorders that some people get, when they start to think they are overweight when they are not at all, and then get into all sorts of mess by trying to get even thinner. Please don't get sucked into that!!! Your weight is below average as it is, your height to weight ratio is great, you don't need to change a thing. I am sure you look fantastic. Give yourself a big pat on the back for being in great shape!

PS If you want to make your diet ultra healthy, you could cut out the peanut butter (saturated fat) and jam (refined sugar) and use other fillings. There are plenty of tasty options, take your pick: tuna and chives, hummus (lovely), taramasalata, brie with rocket or spinach, tomato and mozarella, chicken and pesto.... yum yum :)
