im 15 i weigh 115 pounds and im about 5,2 with 13% body fat
ok firstly i want to get to about 130 over the summer by taking protein shakes and working out will it mess me up if i take like a fat loss supplement,go in the sauna , run on the treadmails to loose that extra body fat .
secondly i need a two month totakl body workout i go to the gym 5 days a week i got all the time in the world im talking 2 hours +
so i need a program that will buff me up to about 130 then tone me up and i would like to reduce my body fat to about 8 % for a six pack and soccer
sounds like a good plan for basic bulking up check out muscle and fitness magazines when they have bulking up issues and get some good exercises other then that everything else your doing looks good..
