Any sugestions on games to play to test out this system?
You won't be playing anything with those components. You'll need a processor. And to answer your question, Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion is the hardest game for any computer to play, at the moment.
It's one of the rare games that's as hard on the processor as it is on the video card(s). It just isn't any fun, unless you're a fan of RPG's. It DOES have awesome graphics, though.
BTW, if you're planning on buying an X1950 Pro, it will have a very hard time playing Oblivion: http://www.anandtech.com/video/showdoc.aspx?i=2858&p=7 (the bottom X1950 Pro is a single card, the one farther up the scale is two in Crossfire mode).
