Order cancellation?? In need of IMMEDIATE HELP!!?
Oh man, I just ordered the "Bump-It" hair clip...and after I did it showed me the bill and it turned out to be $159?????? Waaaay higher than the 26 bucks I thought I was gonna pay... PLEASE tell me how to cancel this. I used my mom's Visa card (She knows) but I haven't told her this mistake. How did this even happen but more importantly how do I cancel it?
Call the company that you ordered the item from and speak with customer service, ask them to cancel the order, give them the order confirmation number.
