how much should I sell my 2nd gen ipod touch for?

I have a 2nd gen ipod touch that is 16 gb. I really need to sell this to buy the 4th gen because I need more space and I want the camera. It has scratches on the back and comes with everything it originally came with and I cleaned the case and got the sticky sticker stuff off of it. How much do you think I should sell it for? I need to know soon please

Well if you go with eBay or a friend I would sell it for anywhere from 130-190 dollars if it's in good to fair condition and it's operrating without problem.
