how can i use with fx video card?

i have ASUS A7N-VM MB with AMD 1800+ with 512 MB Ram. I have put my winfast A340 TD with fx 5200 video card
into my 4X AGP slot. It is working very well with TVout. I have use 93.31 diver. BUt I use video applicaion system will hang up and tell IRQ is not equal or same. what can i do. system tell

It's looks like you'vew taken out all the stops to resolve your issue and you're eliminating all the obvious factors/problems.
Always seems to be a tad frustrating when a video card works great for one thing and then totally craps out on another. I know this feeling, but there are possible solutions.
According to Microsoft, your error constitutes an error conflicting with a SCSI port driver.
If this was my system, these would be the options I would take/check before moving on:
a) Go to Leadtek and download flash the latest and greatest BIOS update. I think A340 is at version 4.34. Video BIOS always pops up first on boot before System BIOS - so check it there before going crazy backing up and flashing the Video BIOS.
b) Reset your video back to generic Microsoft VGA drivers and download the actual A340 from Leadtek. They won't be the sexyiest up to date ATI Catalyst, but they (Leadtek) may carry some sys device drivers the Catalyst doesn't.
c) Make sure the integrated GeForce2 chip is turned off in your system BIOS for the Asus A7N-266VM (and make sure you delete it from the display devices installed in Hardware Manager). The worst thing in the world is two GPUs fighting over Windows (never thought I'd ever say that anything would want to fight over Windows
